We are based out of mountainous Himalayas (close to 7,000 feet) in Uttarakhand where connectivity and logistics are a challenge. Our orders are sent out via Speed Post or courier and should reach in about 7 days after you place your order.

Our products are not eligible for returns. They are created by weavers or knitters by hand, or procured from small and marginal farmers.
However, in the event of your receiving a damaged product, please email a photograph of the said product to us (at info@kgu.org.in) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
