Conditions in the Kumaon region are conducive to growing a variety of kitchen herbs. KGU sources its herbs from farmers who on their farms use only natural inputs. The collected herbs are locally processed (shade-dried to preserve flavour and colour) and packaged for retail or wholesale use.
